As a parent of a autistic child I know all too well the struggles one faces. When I first heard about this story I cried because in the back of my mind I wondered if this could be me in the future. People on the outside looking in never know how hard it is raising a child with special needs. although I didn't know Micaela I felt like I did. To me she is still a loving mother and may god bring her peace and solace. I know all to well how she probably felt and feels because I live autism everyday.
