I am all for kids expressing themselves and loving who they are, I really am.  Jaden and Willow are adorable, well mannered and super talented.  Yet, since they've been hitting the red carpet lately they've been going pretty hard with the outfits.  Don't ya think?! lol-I'm just saying.  One thing I will say though, I am happy that they are so comfortable in their own skin.  It's rare to see that in folks these days, especially at such a young age.  Some of their get-ups may be a little off-but kudos to the lil Smithlettes 4 walking to the beat of their own drum.......

Let's face it, no one can wear pastel colored suits better than these two.  Although, to some men Crockett and Tubbs aka (Don Johnson & Philip Michael Thomas) fashion sense was a little hard to get used to.  Yet, it was one of the hottest fashion trends in the 80's.  Even today in 2010 you see some men trying to emulate the infamous "Miami Vice" look.  Usually when guys go away-especially to the M.I.A, they feel when in Rome do as the Romans do.  You'll see men go out and get their best linen suits, pastel color shirts and button downs exposing their chest, lol.  So whether you thought the "C & T" look was hot or not, you have to give them props.  I personally thought their style was dope.  Only a real man can pull off outfits like that and still swagg it out-kudos to all the Miami Vice heads out there......

80's Fashion on the runway. Also, one of my favorite fashionistas-Denise Huxtable....

I have a soft spot for anything 80's, especially the fashion!   No matter what, certain trends from that era will always exist.  Many looks in fashion today are definitely 80's inspired with a 2010 twist.  Whether it be a baggy shirt, a glove, lace etc.....you always see a hint of it in someone's wardrobe.

"Strange Sex" on the TLC channel-YOWZERS........

Last night as I was flipping through the channels, I came across this show entitled Strange Sex.  The topic was about "Mental Orgasms"-basically, ppl who can think themselves into having the big O!  At first I thought, "maybe this is similar to masturbation or even tantric sex.  No ma'am....this was some next level stuff.  As you will see in the snippet below, there are folks who just think  about it and blast off, HA!  There is also a guy who suffered from "sexual anorexia"  YES, SEXUAL ANOREXIA.  Never heard of that crap before, if you ask me some of these folks have some serious issues.  Whatever happened to good ole fashion sex?!  Just getting it on with your partner, guess things have changed, lol.  Sidebar- In the clip check out the woman spazzing in the MRI machine-bwahahahaha.  The show premiered last night but I am sure TLC will repeat it again.  I believe you can also catch it in it's entirety on TLC.COM.....

My Life: Yesterday I attended the "Konbit Pou Ayiti" event-Harlem Stage threw a wonderful Haitian concert. I had a blast w/ my family, it was amazing to see my dad in his element & rep 4 my ppl.
