The latest exhibit on display at The New Musuem is "Skin Fruit". It focuses on the body in contemporary art, it will spotlight the age-old preoccupation with the human form as a vessel of and vehicle for experience. Jeff Koons explains how skin and fruit evoke the essential tensions between interior and exterior, between what we see and what we consume. I know I know, sounds a bit intense BUT, don't knock it til you try it:) I've been to The New Musuem a few times and they usually have pretty interesting exhibits which often have an eclectic twist to it. Check it out folks and try something new!!!!
